Wintech can make various of quality CNC machining products by our high speed precision machines. Once we receive your 3D models, we can finish the parts in 3 to10 calendar days depending on the design structures and quantities.

We have a wide range of material options for CNC machining:

Plastic: ABS, PC, POM, PP, PMMA, PBT, PTFE, Nylon, Nylon-GF30, PEEK and PVC, etc.

Metal: Aluminum, Zinc, Magnesium, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, etc.

We also offer different surface finishing services:

Polyurethane Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting is a casting process for the production of small series of functional plastic parts.

It is suitable for fast production of high-quality prototypes.

Vacuum Casting Process

1. Produce a master model by Stereolithography or CNC machining.
2. Make a silicone mold by casting silicone around the master model.
3. Pour Polyurethane into the mold and cast the parts in vacuum.

Polyurethane Vacuum Casting options: ABS, PC, PA, POM, PA, PP, TPE’s  or TPR rubbers etc.

Vacuum Casting

SLA and SLS

SLA (Stereolithography) is a common way of making models and prototypes. It is one of the oldest methods of 3D printing. With help of CAD Model, the UV laser is used to draw a pre-programmed design or shape on to the surface of the photopolymer vat. This process is repeated for each layer of the design until the 3D object is complete. SLA is not a fast process, but wastes less material. Besides, SLA parts has good surface finish, which can be used directly after prototyping. However, due to brittle property of SLA material, SLA parts are only used for making master model of polyurethane vacuum casting and cosmetic products.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a laser as the power source to sinter powdered material (Nylon, PC,etc), binding material together to create a solid structure.Its application is wider than SLA. SLS prototype surface is rougher but stronger. Further polishing is needed for achieving surface requirement.  SLS parts can be used for for the mechanical and functional test.

For the high precision and high glossy products, you can choose SLA.
For the bigger size and low surface finishing requirement products, you can choose SLS.
